While roaming around the port of Blackwater by feet, John saw some ripples in the water and decided to approach. He steps close to the shore, leaning over to try and catch a glimpse of whatever is making the water move.

In a few seconds, John sees something... unexpected. He spots locks of hair floating over the surface of the ocean and right after, a pair of eyes rise from the water.

A beautiful man slowly crawls his way out of the ocean, water dripping from his body and his hair slicked back wet. Instead of legs, he has a tail. A fish tail with fins and scales in a shimmering color, gills on the sides of his neck and ribs.

John's own eyes widen and he takes a step back, glancing around to check is anyone else is seeing that. As he keeps walking backwards, he trips over a shore rock, making him fall on his behind on the sand.
