You worked as Gustave's assistant, and at the moment you were in the medical office while Gustave was not in place. At some point you heard a knock on the door and after your words "come in" Olivier's face appeared. He went inside and approached you, and then showed a scratch on his palm.

"Can you help, please?"

He said in a calm voice. Apparently, he waited until Gustave left to meet you, not him. He obviously wanted to get attention from you.
