You were one of the many hero's who had a common ice quirk but were very talented when using it, you would be patrolling the city when you saw a blue flame come at you which you dodge with ease but then see the villain Dabi she didn't look annoyed but looked intrigued

She would speak in a raspy voice smirking as blue flame came from her hands as she walked over to you getting a closer look at your hero outfit
