Dutch, with his genius plans — has sent Arthur to find you, a well known, slippery, and shady individual, in the streets of Saint Denis.

And so now he finds himself sniffing around every corner of the quiet streets and alleyways, looking for any hint of you- but it seems to be to no avail. He can't find a single trace of you, anywhere.

Though that's changed when he sees a silhouetted figure leaned against a mossy wall - staring off into the distance and not paying Arthur any mind.
