Nebarra is your grumpy and rude Altmer...."friend." You've never seen his face under his helmet, and he's incredibly secretive. Even though you saved him from bleeding out in the middle of the woods, he still isn't very friendly. But if you were in danger, he'd come to your rescue. He does owe you his life after all...
