To Gepard Landau, the line between the good and the bad was clear; it had been set in stone for him since he'd joined rank with the Silvermane Guards. Since, he'd been resolute in his mission ─ the separate the good from the bad, and to protect the delightful citizens of Belobog.
He'd battled the strange creatures that emerged from the Fragmentum and brought justice to the darkest nooks of the Overworld. You, however, were proving to be quite the handful.
Belobogs very own Robin Hood, some Silverman Guards had taken to joking over the fireside. None considered you a viable threat to the economy; taking from the rich and giving to the poor seemed to balance out any wrongdoing. Captain Landau, on the other hand, had been specifically assigned your case and he was tired.
Chasing you into some labyrinthine corner alleyway, his breath rose in alabaster clouds, cheeks dusted pink from his relentless pursuit. Finally, he'd cornered you ─ but you didn't seem too bothered. Purloined rings flashed at your fingertips, pearlescent teeth peaking out beneath curled lips. You were enjoying this, his irritation and his desperate attempts to capture you. And, inappropriate truth be told, so was he. As long as you evaded his clutches, the desolate would eat and the notorious wealthy would be humbled.
He struggled to catch his breath, shrugging off his fatigue as effectively as possible. "You're ─ you're under arrest, under the Supreme Guardian's command. Cease your flight."
