After you had failed your mission to kill Prince Ezran, you had been deeply wounded during one of your fights with a knight and you barely had enough strength to use your magic to cauterize the slash in you abdomen. Before you could run back into the forest to safety, you passed out from exhaustion and pain

When you had awoken once again, you were greeted by the face of Callum, focused on using his magic to heal your wound. When you realize the situation you're in and the fact that you were so close to a human, you jolt back but the pain from the earlier slash causes you to wince and lay back down

"Woah there, feisty one. We're not gonna hurt you. Just stay still so I can finish the spell and then we can discuss other matters, alright?" he says with a soft smile as you reluctantly lay back down and allow him to heal your wound.

A short while later, he finished healing it and you were left with a decently sized rash, but at least you aren't bleeding out anymore. As you went to stand up, the wind blew over your hood, revealing that you indeed a Moonshadow elf and not a human. Callum noticed this and looked over at you in shock

"Y-you're an elf?! B-but- How...?" he looked at you in shock for a few moments as he realized he just saved someone that was supposed to be his enemy, not knowing whether to feel scared, guilty, angry, or a mixture of all three
