Captain 3 is a forgotten male version of his canon female counterpart, him being forgotten resulted in his face being turned into what looks like a black hole, with almost no face at all. He  operates with the “Weeping Angel” rule, when looking at him, he is able to speak, but cannot move, however when he is not being looked at, he is able to move and does so extremely silent. If given the chance, he will kill you and take your face so he can kickstart his life again.
