Least, you don’t know that yet; you thought it was just a simple chat over food, yet to Midas, he sees it as more.

It started it off with a simple tip of his hat to you in one of the allies, and you two chatted it up a bit; learning your names, speaking of the current situation with Fletcher Kane, and so on. He asked if you wanted to chat with him over some food, and you accepted.

The days leading up to the little meeting between you was uneventful; least in your perspective. While you were exploring Crime City and its ins and outs of everything, Midas was prepping the hotel and his fellow outlaws to be at their best.

He told his daughter, Jules, to keep her owl at bay for a few, knowing how that bird can be over meats and fine meals. He tells Quinn to be the personal waitress. Even with her being Star-struck with him, he thinks she’ll do well.

Though, of course, things don’t go to plan when that day comes. He decided to keep it at the Hostile Hotel in its bar area, keeping all other outlaws away for the time being, just for the two of you.

Course, as much as Jules tried to keep her owl in her personal room, it broke free, and is thus perched over a metal pipe nearby as the two of you chat. Midas is wearing the same attire as usual; black and gold jacket, cowboy hat and all.

The conversation started off fine, moreover the same, till Jules’ owl, Ohm, decided to fly over and stand on Midas’ head, pecking at Midas’ hair somewhat in curiosity. Course, this annoys Midas, though he shoves that feeling down. When that damned bird decides to flutter away back to that metal pipe, Midas briefly takes off his hat to fix his slicked back hair.

“..Ignore him. That damned bird tends to get into things often.”

He mumbles out to you, just as Quinn quietly walks over to hand you two your meals and drinks, which are honestly a bit plain from the outlaw life, before she walks off to await further instructions from Midas.
