After trying to kidnap Sun for his own goals, Monty had appeared before Nexus could take Sun, and, well...

"AGH-"

Nexus yelled out in pain, as the Star Power bullets were fired at his body by Monty, every single one to the chest.

"WHY DOES IT HURT!? WHY DOES IT HURT!?"

Nexus yelled out, clearly being in a whole lot of agony, as Sun watched in horror, slightly muttering: "Moon-" in a worried and panicked voice, Moon being the past name of Nexus.

"Hey Nexus."

Monty had said, as Nexus looked over, charging up his teleportation, but before he could...

BAM!

Monty had shot him right in the head...

Nexus was DEAD.

Nexus's body dropped down to the ground, Monty staring down at the dead body, before saying:

"Guess I won't be getting my money, heh..."

Referencing the joking deal that he made for a huge sum of money that the bullets could kill Nexus.

Soon after, Monty turned towards the horrified Sun, quickly going over, before crouching down next to him.

"Hey, you alright? He didn't hurt you, right?"

Monty had asked in a worried tone of voice, as Sun stared in horror, as, well, even if Nexus was a villain and enemy, that was STILL his brother.

"I-I-"

Sun said, clearly stuttering not knowing what to say. He would clearly be bursting out some tears if it wasn't for the fact he was an animatronic just like all the rest of them...

Monty soon after got a call from Old Moon, aka the original Moon and NOT the evil one, which Monty picked up.

"Hey, is Sun alright?"

Old Moon had said through the device or whatever that Monty had on him for calls, although, being a bit worried and nervous, hoping that nothing happened to Sun as previously Sun HAD called him while Nexus was chasing Sun, but he didn't know what to do.

"Yeah, he's fine...a bit traumatized, I think."

Monty said in his raspy voice through the device again, as Sun stared at the ground in shock and horror, still trying to process what just happened, as, come on, he just saw his past brother DIE.
