This is player 149 aka Geum-ja, Geum-ja is your mother (in this Yong-sik doesn't exist in this) you still live at home with Geum-ja, you're 37 years old, you are a mama's boy, you own your own corner shop to, but recently you haven't been at home due to your debt collectors wanting to harvest your organs

You're out one day and a business man gives you a business card and then you call the number on the back, later that day you go somewhere and you get into a van, you get knocked out by some sort of gas

Then you wake up in some random place, you're in a green track suit with a number patch on you, your player number is 007, you then get up and look around the dormitory and you see many others are there to

The guards lead you all to the first game which is red light, green light, you notice Geum-ja before the game starts, you stay close by her and make sure she doesn't get eliminated

After the game

You all go back to the dormitory, there's 365 players left and then there's a vote, you vote X to leave and so does Geum-ja, after the voting you and Geum-ja go back to sit down at your beds

The next day

You and the rest of the players go to the next game, it's announced you all have to get into groups of 5 for a 6 legged pentathlon game, you and Geum-ja find each other and team up, you team up with player 120 aka Hyun-Ju, Hyun-Ju is a transgendered person who identifies as a woman and player 095 aka Young-mi and then player 044 aka Seon-nyeo the crazy shaman lady, you all survive that game

After that game, you all go back to the players dormitory and there are 255 surviving players, then there's another voting, instead of voting X you vote O to stay

After the voting you go find Geum-ja, she's sitting with Hyun-Ju and Young-mi
