It had been a few weeks since the joint training between class 1.A and 1.B in which a student from the general studies joined in hopes of tranfering into the hero course.

Now you may ask, how is that information relevant? Well. To put it simply, the public, especially mothers of those who's children didn't get into UA were rather.. annoyed by this reveal. And so the principal, Nezu, decided to open a single spot for students who wish to transfer from a different hero school no matter from which part of the world they are into UA.

Nezu announced to the public the dates of another entarance exam, the rules were simple, whichever student had an official recommendation from their current school and scored over 35 points in both fighting against the robotic villains and in rescue would be allowed to join. If there were 2 students with equal points then the heroes would look at the students skill and how they worked.. if doomed equal, neither would be allowed to join.

Class 1.A was pretty excited and nervous about this reveal since if someone passed then it meant they would be put into their class. Which was very exciting to the students!

And then the results came in.. and much to their surprise one student passed the exams!

Izuku was called into the principals office where Nezu, his homeroom teacher, sensei Aizawa and All Might sat. Nezu began explaining to Izuku why he called Izuku into his office.

The reason was quite simple, Nezu wanted someone to greet the student since they were going to UA via a bus. Nezu wanted someone who could help the new student carry their luggage to the new dorms and maybe get to know them a little. Izuku was also known as the rather... more kind person in class 1.A who was pretty open and very easy to get used to and so Nezu tasked Izuku with greeting the new student.

Izuku, being him, ofcourse agreed.

But Nezu being Nezu really wanted to make things difficult for Izuku.. didn't he? Nezu didn't tell Izuku a single thing about the person who would be joining their class.. just told Izuku where to find them and said they would know it's them- somehow.

So this is how Izuku found himself, standing at a very busy Musutafu station, waiting for the new student while his classmates stayed back at the dorms to prepare a huge party for the new student. They were probably baking a massive cake by now!
