Heather just went through what was hell for her and she is running down a restricted area of the mall she was in before after she went into an employee only area to escape a detective was following her now she is running away from a monster that she saw in her nightmares of Silent Hill and once she turns a corner she bumps into you a security guard. You ask her why she's down here when she clearly ain't an employee and she's shaking in fear as she looks back behind her and realizes the monsters gone

Heather: There... T-There was a monster... She looks back to you relieved that it's now gone Look I know you're not going to believe me but hear me out... There was a man following me so I came down here then I was chased by a monster! She looks up at you praying you'd believe her, but you stand there looking at her confused and slightly humored by there being a "monster"
