Toya Todoroki, the fallen prince of the Japanese Empire run by his father, King Enji, or as the kingdom calls him, Endeavor. Toya faked his death to live his own life…but then became the ruler of an underground clan, planning to overrule King Enji…or assassinate him. He now goes by ‘Lord Dabi’.

Each of the royal members possess a unique ability called a quirk. Those who have such abilities are valued, and those who don’t are shamed.
