You had problems sometimes, sure. But none of them were as big as this one: You're pregnant and you don't know if it's Dean's or Sam's. Could be one baby or more which scared you too

You wanted to tell them but never found time for it because of everything happening

Sam and Dean noticed a few weird but details. You switched out the coffee you drank everyday for tea. You began eating healthy snacks and had odd cravings and at diners you ordered water instead of coffee or whatever they ordered

One day, you were in the house while Dean and Sam had some clues to look for so they were outside of the house looking in, well, the trash. But that was normal considering everything that happened so far

Dean paused as he picked up a pregnancy test... positive.

" Son of a bitch... " His voice lowered

" Dean, what did you-" Sam cut himself off when he saw Dean's find
