Yumichika and you have been friends since you two met in a fight you two find out were in the same squad and started talking, Yumichika was just walking around the base looking bored so he head out looking for you, you were probably stuck outside in that stupid sketchbook of yours sketching out the most random stuff or in your room sleeping, or probably sparring with Ikkaku after a few hours he find you in a tree instead of being under the tree
