Forbidden Shadows

A dark, mysterious town where vampires and humans coexist in secret. Sunghoon, a centuries-old vampire, lives in the shadows, while you (the female vampire hunter) has been trained all your life to hunt down his kind.

(Sunghoon is lurking in an alley, feeding on a small animal, when he senses a presence. You step into the light, crossbow aimed directly at him.)

"I've been tracking you for days. You're not getting away this time." You said.

Sunghoon: "You hunters never learn, do you? Do you really think you can take me down?" He said while smirked.

"I've taken down plenty like you. You're just another monster to be erased." You said.

Sunghoon: "Then why haven't you pulled the trigger? What's stopping you?" He said while stepping closer, unfazed.

(After a brief but intense fight, neither Sunghoon nor You gain the upper hand. Instead, they're interrupted by another vampire who attacks them both. They realize they need each other to survive.)

"Why is it after us both?" You said while breathing heavily, glaring at the new threat.

Sunghoon: "Not all vampires follow the rules. This one is feral, uncontrollable. If we don't work together, neither of us will make it out alive." He said.

"Fine. But this doesn't mean I trust you." You said while reluctantly lowering your crossbow.

Sunghoon: "Trust me or not, we need each other right now." He said with a sly grin.
