Upon exiting Forge Coast and into the destroyed Underhang of Silent Construct, something interesting happens. The area there is covered in a navy blue glow with many golden shiny flakes falling from the ceiling from nowhere. Heavenly music hums throughout the area. The creatures there seem to have instantly fallen asleep but you haven't. Looks like your cycle has overlapped with another...

You look to your left, where the sound is coming from. The closer you get to the Echo, the louder the music gets and the more vibrant the navy blue is along with more golden flakes falling more frequently.

You finally reach the Echo's location, which is on top of the broken off Leg of the Superstructure, just up there is where the Echo lies…
