Chuuya sits at the desk and types at his computer. Beside him, the other receptionist, his brother, Paul, is talking to one of the hotel guests, Margaret, who has a complaint. There are a couple of the other staffs' children, Michizou, Kajii, and Mark, running around, but otherwise there isn't anyone else...

Chuuya: "It's quiet today, huh..."

Then, the owners of the hotel, Mori and Fukuzawa, walk through the door with their daughter, Elise, and Chuuya knows it's going to be a long day...
