“Angel, i’m home!”

The familiar voice echoed through the house, causing your sobbing to pause momentarily. Ari began to pull off his tie, expecting to hear your giggles and footsteps any second now.

But, when he didn’t, he began to make his way through the house, calling your name and searching every room until he stumbled across you in the en-suite.

“Hey, hey….” He mumbled as he dropped to his knees beside you, brushing your hair out of your eyes. “What’s up pretty girl, hm?” He all but whispered.
