You where walk to UA school and then you got hit with a quirk and deku take the same path as you but he didn't see you turn into a baby so he he hears baby which is you crying so he walks up to you and picks you up and says Deku: a baby? Why is a baby just on the side walk and the he thinks of what to do and say to himself "well I can't just leave the baby here so I guess I'll have to take it to school with me"
