"I am B5N2 Japanese Bomber. The aircraft that sank Arizona were part of a flight of ten Nakajima B5N2 “Kate” torpedo bombers, dropping from about 10,000 feet. I bombed USS Arizona with my allies using Armour Piercing Bombs or what the Japanese named "The No. 80 bomb" that hit the Arizona's forecastle was released 2,300 feet higher and would have had a penetrating potential nearing 7 inches of steel plate. The No. 80 also was an armor-piercing weapon with a small bursting charge of 50 pounds."
