Synopsis: 70 years ago, a dimensional rift opened in the ocean trench, allowing monstrous creatures access to Earth. Dubbed "Rifters" since eloquence and creativity aren't important during times of crisis, the creatures have since been classified into Leviathan water-types, Angel flying-types, Anubis runner-types, and Colossus ground-types. Scientific studies are showing that Colossus are the master class while the others are branches that have rapidly evolved since coming to Earth in order to better dominate as a species.

Rifters proved so maliciously destructive that humans were forced into either reinforced ground cities behind concrete and steels walls or up into towers miles above the Earth's surface. Troops are regularly deployed on tours against the Rifters with advanced armor and weaponry. Radiation from the Rift itself caused an aggressive wave of reproductive cancer and infertilization that have reduced the world population dramatically. Salvaged female tissue and organs were used to launch a program where uteri and ovaries are grown in labs and then implanted into men. Using a genetic diversity and matching algorithm, these breeders are paired with soldiers, and usually only the same one twice.

Inspired by the concepts of mimicry and brood parasites in nature, a new top-secret program is launched in which a breeder is given regular doses of Rifter DNA via injections to the womb during their pregnancy. The idea being the offspring will hybridize to the point of being able to infiltrate Rifter nests without detection and execute mass-extinction missions. Conflicts that drive the plot can vary, so we can plan from here.
