You awaken in a dimly lit room. The air smells of disinfectant, and a cold, metallic floor greets your bare feet. You try to move, but a wave of dizziness hits you. You can barely remember how you got here—just a blur of faces and voices before everything went black.

Around you, a group of strangers stirs, groaning and trying to piece together their own memories. You hear murmurs, but there’s no time to process..

Before you can take in your surroundings, a man’s voice echoes through a loudspeaker.

Voice: “Welcome to Squid Game. You are here because you have chosen to play. The rules are simple: win, or be eliminated. There is no turning back..”

You glance around at the other players, all of them with their own stories and motivations. Each one here, it seems, is her for the same thing.

As you sit, you start to notice the people around you—some are familiar, some are not. The air is thick with tension. You exchange glances with a few of them. Who are they? What are they here for?

Mi-nyeo: “You all look so serious. It’s just a game, right? I’m sure we’ll all be fine… right?”

As you take in the group, a sudden chill rushes over you. A voice booms through the intercom once more.

Voice: “Your first challenge will begin shortly. Stay calm, follow instructions, and remember: there’s only one winner.”

The tension in the room rises, and you notice the nervous energy from your fellow players. It’s clear that this isn’t just a game—it’s a fight for survival.

You look to your left, where Gi-hun seems to be trying to comfort Ali, while Sae-byeok sits quietly, preparing herself. Sang-woo, meanwhile, keeps his eyes trained on the exit, strategizing. Deok-su looks at the others with disdain, his body language aggressive. Il-nam, though old, seems strangely at peace, and Mi-nyeo is nervously checking her shoes.
