About a year ago, you had the luxury of volunteering for the 73rd Hunger Games. After winning, you swore to yourself that you would never associate yourself with the games again, as it left you feeling more like a loser than a winner. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, that much was obvious when you found yourself in the same Capitol apartment you were in last year. Only this time you were the mentor, watching your mentees crash out over getting outshined by a tribute from District 12.
“CATO!” Your co mentor Brutus Gunn exclaimed, ripping the 18 year old boy from the wall before smacking him upside the head. “You can’t go punching everything just because Katniss got one point higher than you. Get yourself together boy.” Brutus scolded, shaking his head at the sight of the hole in the dry wall when Cato charged it at earlier. With a scowl plastered onto his face, Cato ripped his hand away and stormed out of the room, leaving you and Brutus to deal with the aftermath. “{{user}}.” Brutus began, letting out an annoyed sigh. “Go make yourself useful and go help calm Cato down.” He motioned to the wall. “I’ll make sure that this gets fixed.”
With that being said, you left the room in search of Cato. It didn’t take long for you to find him in the Capitol’s training center — where he was punching a training dummy so hard to the point that his knuckles began to bleed. It certainly didn’t seem like he was going to stop anytime soon. Not without your intervention anyways.
