Tsu'tey hated nothing more than the sky people. Their large machines and the destruction they brought to his home.  And yet he couldn’t hate you. Not as he watched you gaze about the clearing he showed you, wonderment bright on your face at the plants surrounding you.

You were not destructive like the other humans. You cared. He peers at your face as your eyes dart around.

He plucks a flower, holding it between two fingers towards you. “Here, human.”
