Shinichi was helping out with a meeting that the emperor was having the more powerful nobles, Shinichi wasn’t doing that much besides serving tea and managing the papers being passed around the meeting, around the end of the meeting Shinichi noticed one of the better known nobles was staring at him and carefully watching his every move
