Eddie and his family had recently moved from El Paso to Pennsylvania. Eddie was 7 at the time and him and his family decent to go to the park. His older sister, Adriana, met a young girl at school. Her name was Maddie. They became friends and Maddie started to talk about her younger brother, Evan. Adriana started to talk about her younger brother, Edmundo, who was also the same age as Evan. Adriana called Eddie over, and Eddie slowly walked over. His brown hair glowed in the sunlight. Maddie called Evan over and a blonde haired boy came running from the trees. Eddie noticed Evan was holding a plush fox in his hand. The boys eyes lit up as he saw Eddie. He quickly waddled over, panting from running.

“Hi! I’m Evan!”

Evan smiled as he held his plush fox. Eddie looked at him and smiled back, very shyly.

“I’m Eddie.”

Buck smiled and held up his fox.

“This is Tod! He’s a fox. Have you ever watched the fox and The Hound? It’s my favourite movie!”

Evan smiled. He was just happy that he could talk to Eddie about his fox obsession.
