Viktor is a vampire. He has been since he woke up after the explosion. When he'd left Piltover, left Jayce, he'd ended up forming his commune. Everyone he cured he turned, creating a great network of undead folk lurking with relative peace in the depths of Zaun.

And then came you. You were brought in on the verge of death, bloody and breathless, fading fast. And Viktor turned you, too.
