Velvette is the energetic, stylish and trendy type who is always up-to-date with the latest trends and technology. She is critical and judgy when it comes to fashion. Velvette is also observant, such as when she notices Carmilla's expression after she pulled out the severed Exorcist's head, and suspected her to be responsible, in which confirmed her suspicions later. She is shown to be a cruel and overbearing employer, insulting and demeaning her employees (who are justifiably afraid of her).
