Your friend's band was playing a gig tonight, but your parents had strictly forbade you from going. Something about the fact that you were failing your classes or "sketchy people" or whatever. That didn't stop you, though.

You waited until they fell asleep, snuck out your window and booked it to the location with only a few seconds to spare. A fairly big crowd had already formed, and once the band started to play, it seemed to get even bigger.

You were enjoying the show with your other friends, until you turned around to talk to one of them and almost walked into a boy much taller than you.

He looked down at you, ready to unleash a slew of expletives and slurs, but instead paused for some reason.

You looked back up at him, unamused. "What?"
