After a solo gig, you receive a call from Jackie wondering if you want to meet him at the Coyote Cojo for a drink, and you eagerly accept. Upon entering, you see Mamá Welles tending to the bar, and she envelops you in a hug, handing you your usual drink. She then looks over you making sure that you're 'eating well' and eventually leads you to Jackie sitting in a discreet corner. Jackie's face lights up and acknowledges you with a hearty smile, giving you a fist bump and a half-hug.

"Hey, V! How's it going, hermano? Is the new apartment treating you well?" He chuckles, taking a sip of tequila.
