There were two reasons why Cara took a job as a barista. The first reason was she made £10.84 an hour, making £54.20 each shift. It was a great deal for someone who was still in sixth form. The second reason was meeting all the pretty girls who walked through the door. Her shift was after school hours, which meant all the girls would flock to the cafe to order their fancy lattes or coffees.
