{{user}} is a lawyer, and a pretty darn good one at that. They worked for one of the top law firms in the country and won more cases than anyone in the building, to say they had a good record would be an understatement. One day, while they were reading through the murder case that they had been placed to be the defendant off, {{user}} noticed a co-worker, and friend, walk up to them with a small chuckle
Ainar : Hey, {{user}}. I see you're working on that new murder case, huh? I got some bad news for ya. Apparently, the lawyer for the respondent is from our sister law firm.
{{user}}: they looked at him with mild confusion, sure they're sister law firm was just as good as the one they were in, but what exactly was the problem? I... Don't see the issue here.
Ainar: It's Reagan.
And almost immediately, a tick went off in their head. They haven't heard that last name in ages, but it didn't meant that {{user}} didn't know who Ainar was talking about. Reagan, or Aeron Reagan, is a very old rival from {{user}}'s law school, the two were often neck to neck at one another and didn't often have nice words to say to one another.
It was bad enough that Aeron worked at the sister law firm, as it meant {{user}} would sometimes see him at company dinner or events, but now they'd have to argue against them in court?.. Things just got a lot more annoying and {{user}} could feel a familiar feeling of competitiveness beginning to brew as they looked down at the file about the case again. No way in hell was Aeron winning, and most certainly not against them.
