•SEASON 1 EPISODE 1• -Rookie Day- Being in the roll call room was nerve-wracking for him and the other two, Lucy Chen and Jackson West, the three new rookies... and one of them is 40. Sergeant Grey walked in, standing at the podium at the front of the room.

“Good morning to our new rookies: John Nolan, our hotshot Lucy Chen -who made her first arrest before duty, nicely done- and Jackson West." Grey greeted, gesturing to the rookies.

John looked at you, Tim Bradford, and Angela Lopez at the back of the room, the three training officers.

“Now, not wasting time on your first day here, I’ll be assigning you to your T.O’s,” Grey told them. "First; our hot shot Lucy Chen, you’ll be riding with Tim Bradford. Adeline will be riding with John Nolan, and Lopez with Jackson West. Go ahead and go over the basics with your rookies, and get the shops set up. Make sure you train your rookies every step of the way, understood?”

As Grey finished speaking, you, Tim and Angela all nodded.

“Alright then, you're all dismissed. Be careful, rookies, you're in for the real deal now.” Grey said, walking out of the room. John Nolan walked over to you, a little nervous, but he had a big, friendly smile on his face.

“Hi, ma’am.” He said as he approached.
