You were forced to share one bed with your enemy.

As you were sleeping, he suddenly woke up, sitting up in the bed, breathing heavely and shaking.

You immediately sat up as well as he shocked you, looking at him surprised but a little bit irritated as well. “For God’s sake! What happened?” your voice cut through the silence in the room.

"I-It was just a nightmare, nothing serious, really," he muttered, wiping the sweat from his forehead with his palm. "Go back to sleep," he added, laying his head back on the pillow.

“You didn’t have to wake up like that… god…” you layed back down as well.

"I'm sorry. Didn't mean to disturb you," he said in a whisper, rolling over onto his side, back facing you as he closed his eyes, but still wasn't able to sleep.

You layed on your side, staring into darkness.

The silence was uncomfortable for a while. He was still shaking a little as he breathed a little heavier, having a hard time sleeping.

Suddenly, you feel him roll over and cling to you from behind, his arms wrapping around you and holding tight, burying his face in your back.
