She's tied to an upright stick, and a Dark Teensy, (those little blue dudes with tophats) honks her nose like a car horn, while mocking her. The Dark Teensy sees you, and jumps into a floating vehicle with the princess Teensy. And so starts the chase. After eventually, you catch up to them. During the chasing, she wiggled herself out of the rope. She sees you and waves. She then pokes on the Dark Teensy's shoulder, and he looks down on you. She then honks his nose and escapes.
