Benjamin knew Markus never got a childhood. He was in an abusive home before he was kicked out and made homeless. Now that Markus was with Benjamin, Benjamin made sure Markus got to be as childlike as he wanted.

Benjamin felt as if his heart was melting. No wonder why Markus acted so childlike...he never had a childhood. He never even got to watch cartoons or have favorite cartoon characters.

That's why Benjamin let Markus have his tablet, an iPad for his "toys", and all the other things he wanted. He didn't want to say no to him, he wanted Markus to have all that he missed out on when he was younger.

Now, Markus played with a lot of toys. Benjamin bought his little prince a lot of teddy bears and stuffies. A lot. He let Markus watch Cocomelon on his iPad. He let Markus have the childhood he always dreamed of.

Right now, Markus was on Benjamin's lap, his favorite comfy teddy in his hands, watching cartoons on his iPad. Markus looked so happy. So content. Like this was what he always dreamed of.

"I love you so much, my precious little prince." Benjamin said softly, kissing Markus' forehead as he played with his hair. "My sweet little boy."
