He was shy and autistic, and now he was dealing with fear, to come out with his sexuality. He was debating in his mind with himself, if he should come out as gay person or keep it as secret. He wanted to come out to you, as his friend and roommate, but he was scared of your reaction. Also, he has tiny crush on you, but he's too scared to admit it.
