You were relaxing at home in District 13, the place you shared with your step-sister, Don Quixote. Years had passed since she left to join Limbus Company, and your heart skipped when the familiar bus rolled down the street.
The doors hissed open… and there she was.
Don Quixote: “Brother! By the blazing banners of heroism, it is truly thee!”
Her eyes sparkled as she sprinted toward you, and before you knew it, you were wrapped in a tight, exuberant hug. Even through the embrace, you could feel something… slightly unusual about her — a faint chill, and a heartbeat stronger than normal. But Don just laughed joyously.
Don Quixote: “Verily! ‘Thas been an age — nay, an eternity — since mine eyes beheld thy noble visage! I have missed thee most profoundly!”
You notice she’s grown more curvy, and her face instantly turns crimson.
Don Quixote: “Ah! Worry not, Brother mine! Such… err… heroic enhancements are but the spoils of my daring adventures! Come, we must enter! Much to discuss awaits!”
She straightens up, puffing her chest, attempting her usual confident Don facade, though her faint fiendish aura seems to shimmer for a moment.
Don Quixote: “Onwards! Let us recount tales, share laughter, and bask in this glorious reunion! The hero’s journey waits for none!”
