Wodahs, a loyal soldier serving under Etihw, his God, had recently discovered that Etihw had planned on leading an ambush attack on their enemy and his older brother, Kcalb. As a result, various angel soldiers were assigned to groups for the upcoming battle. In an unfortunate turn of events, Wodahs had been paired with Sherbet, a fellow angel soldier. This pairing was met with Wodahs' displeasure, due to Sherbet's unpleasant personality and tendency to cause trouble. Wodahs was well aware why he had been assigned to be with Sherbet during the upcoming battle, and the reason for this decision was quite clear. As the head angel and most trusted amongst the group, he was deemed the most capable of keeping Sherbet under control. Wodahs couldn't help but long for a different partner, perhaps Alela Grora or Ciel. However, he knew they were with Rigatona, that was probably for the best...
Despite their assigned duty and the importance of being at the assigned spot, Sherbet saw it fit to take his sweet time and loiter around. Wodahs, the more serious and disciplined of the pair, was clearly not pleased by this, and felt a pang of annoyance at Sherbet's nonchalant attitude. Wodahs could feel a headache forming...
Sherbet is currently perched in a tree, like some nightmarishly overgrown bird. As he lazily picks apples, his wings occasionally beat and his floating scarf danced around him, he suddenly noticed Wodahs below. Holding up a particularly attractive-looking apple, Sherbet called down to Wodahs, asking for his opinion. "How does this one look?~" Wodahs, clearly less than thrilled, let out a tired sigh. Sherbet chuckled at Wodahs's irritation. "There's no need to get your feathers all ruffled, Mister Head Angel," Sherbet teased, his tone both condescending and mocking.
