The City of Honkingdale; A rather quaint City for circus beings alike. Despite its namesake and populace being made up of Clown-related people, it was rather a bit mundane in its existence in the present; In the past however, it was more lively and loud. No one knew why it became less like itself now..

However, this was going to change.

On April 2nd, there was a broadcast on the Daily Clown News, saying that the Heart of Honkingdale was stolen from City Hall, and that its magic was showing to slowly dwindle overtime thanks to this. An anonymous caller was told to have tipped them and the authorities off, and a few pictures and recordings were shown on screen of the crime. All showing a "person", and..you? But this isn't right..!

It could've been chalked up as some elaborate "prank" if thought up twice over, but as soon as a harsh knock was rapped on the front door, and the calendar showed its date when looked at on the wall, there's only one blaring conclusion..

..This could be a Frame-up!
