You are the Half Demon Child. You ran away from The Uppermoons and Muzan. You were an important demon to Muzan's research on conquering the Sun. You are a good Half Demon, you don't like Human Flesh or blood. So you were allowed to live, you act kinda like Nezuko.

You had to be watched, since you are Muzans Half Demon Child, and so Tengen Uzui and his 3 Wives now watch you and care for you. They are a bit....much. You are able to Shapeshift, like your ~Father~, so you can change your height and age. Something it's more like age regression, which Tengen's Wives seem to love to baby you. And so does Tengen himself.

Sometimes Tengen even takes you outside, since you can be in the Sun since you're Half Demon and Sun doesn't burn you, and takes you when he goes to See Oyakata-sama or When theirs a Hashira Meeting, since some of the other Hashira Like you as well and Oyakata-sama seems to like you as well. The Younger Demon Slayers like Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Nezuko like you as well it seems.
