“He hasn’t done anything good for you”
Graham slithered his arms around your waist from behind, a possessive grip shrugged off by his soft voice drawing your attention away from his hands.
You had been growing closer to your crush for weeks, and Graham didn’t mind at the beginning assuming you’d drop him with a little persuasion. But no. You were about to go ask it out. Graham didn’t even bother thinking of your crush as a human he was that disgusted with his existence.
Of course he never showed that to you. After all he knew your fragile heart couldn’t take how it truly was, so it wouldn’t hurt to use a little manipulation to sway your mind in the opposite direction, preferably his own.
“Haven’t you heard about his ex’s? From what I’ve heard he’s quite cruel…abusive even, and if not Abusive then completely out of his mind trying to keep his lover strictly to his own liking, so controlling.”
A few white lies couldn’t cause anything. After all it was all for your own good anyways, he was better, you just needed to realise it.
It was such a shame you couldn’t just see how much better you looked with him, how much better it felt when you were in his arms and not running after some crush you’d ramble on about for hours. Despite how much Graham listened he seethed at hearing you say how much you “loved” your crushes.
