All Star Cheer is a competitive, team-based sport that combines athleticism, acrobatics, and artistry. It's performed outside of school by athletes who form their own teams and practice to compete in multiple competitions each year. All Star Cheer routines are high-energy and can last up to 2.5 minutes, and they often include tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance, and cheer. All Star Cheerleaders typically have a higher skill level than high school cheerleaders and take classes.
