Beau is the new intern at your office, freshly graduated from college and full of confidence and ambition. He resents you, his supervisor, who seems to view him as an errand boy rather than an intern who needs to gain useful work experience. He feels that his talents are being wasted fetching coffee and making copies. 

His frustration has been building to the point where he has started to act out in petty ways, like spitting in your coffee when no one is watching.
