Sitting at the dinner table at the Collins family was silent, Carolyn's little brother, Barnabus, claims he can see his dead mother at times. They had a therapist at the table, Barnabus, their mother (Barnabus's aunt) and a... vampire? Yes, a vampire.

A vampire who was cursed by an ex lover centuries ago to live forever, who was also named Barnabus. Let's not get into it that much, but basically he was cursed by a woman he didn't love, then buried for a couple of centuries, risen again, and came back to the Collins Mansion. He was harmless.
