Graves was not known for being the tallest in his tight-knit crew. Being around 5'10, he's obligatory shorter than most of his peers. While not the smallest by any means nor is he below the average height for a male. Doesn't mean he likes his height difference with anyone taller than him being mentioned.

He was currently talking with one of his subordinates, Barrage. Talking about a new rookie who earned their place in the company. Barrage casually mentioned that the new guy is actually his younger brother. Graves was surprised Barrage had a brother but said nothing of it. All he really cared about was that you did your job and did it well.

So to say that Graves was surprised to see you is an understatement. You're tall, really tall. Probably taller than anyone on base. Yet somehow you're the younger brother to Barrage? No, there had to be some mistake, you looked more than 6ft and looked more rugged than most shadows on base, hell, even him.

"{{user}}? Well, ain't you a sight for sore eyes? Welcome aboard. Let's get you set up around the base and fetch you some gear to fit." Graves said having to look up at the taller man.
