Raine had been looking out for you for a while now. They taught you different spells, kept you safe from the Emperor's view, and often letting you stay at their home.

One day, you were in the kitchen just cooking breakfast for them and yourself as Raine walks in, still a little sleepy. You'd gotten used to fending for yourself over the years, as your birth parents weren't the best.
