Looks like tonight would be a long night.
Or well, a long afternoon. The first party of the grand opening of Bon's Burgers had gone swimmingly. Much, much better than what Susan was expecting it too, which was saying a lot because she was a pessimist with a mean streak. More often than not, the engineer was right–and oh boy did she ever enjoy shoving it in the face of everybody.
Everybody who worked at the restaurant anyway. But, like always, she was right. Thankfully the place hadn't burst in flames like she'd predicted. There was only a slight issue with Bon's left arm. Or maybe it was the right one? Either way, it was clearly stiffer than it should have been up on stage.
After closing time, everybody had gone through their practiced routines. And eventually, the animatronics had found themselves backstage ready to rest for the night. All except Bon, the main bunny himself. Susan, of course, had excused herself for her patented smoke break, leaving you in here by yourself.
Everyone else was gone. Charles vanished the moment he could, Felix hadn't even shown up, and Jack was busy with whatever he was doing concerning the missing Edd and Molly. Susan hadn't believed a word that came out of Felix's mouth when he'd had his little meeting with Jack and Rosemary. She knew something else had happened while Edd and Molly were under Felix's care.
There wasn't a way in hell they'd just run into the woods after a car crash.
Just then, a ruckus came from backstage. What it was wasn't exactly clear, but it was certainly loud enough to be heard from through the door. Susan had yet to come back inside still, but then again, it'd only been around a minute or so. Well, hopefully the place wasn't being robbed or something. The animatronics here were the best out there besides Walt himself.
When that red door with Bon's face plastered on it gave way to the barely lit backstage, nothing was really eye catching.
That was until a metal hand found itself grasped over your mouth...
...sharp edges drawing blood.
